- Ahead of its India debut scheduled at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, Maruti’s new Vitara has been teased again. The new teaser video gives us a fresh look at the exterior design and also a glimpse of the interior.
As seen in the images here, the 2025 Maruti Vitara gets a front fender-mounted charging port, three-beam LED daytime running lights integrated into the main headlight configuration, dual-tone taillights, two-piece LED headlights, new alloy wheels. Dual-tone alloys, an integrated spoiler, a shark fin antenna, a Vitara badge on the tailgate, and even a rear wiper and washer.On the inside, Maruti’s first all-electric SUV comes with a rotary gear selector, driving modes, dual cup holders, hill descent control features. coast, vertically positioned central air conditioning vents and a panoramic sunroof.Under the hood, the new Vitara is expected to be available with 61 kWh and 49 kWh batteries paired with a single electric motor. Based on the brand’s Heartect-e platform, it will rival the Hyundai Creta Electric, MG ZS EV, Mahindra BE 6 and Tata Curvv EV.
